What materials are used for your products?
At Maison Kaïa, we favor noble and durable materials. Our products are made from **natural bamboo**, high-quality **304 (18/8) stainless steel**, and **borosilicate glass** resistant to thermal shock. All our materials are guaranteed BPA-free and phthalate-free.
How do I care for my bamboo water bottle or mug?
To preserve the natural beauty of bamboo, we recommend hand washing with warm water and a mild soap. Avoid dishwashers and microwaves. To nourish the bamboo, you can occasionally apply a drop of vegetable oil with a soft cloth.
How long do my drinks stay hot or cold?
Thanks to our double-wall insulation technology, our bottles and mugs keep your drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours.
📦 Delivery & Returns
What are the delivery times?
Each order is carefully prepared. Our average delivery times are 5 to 10 business days depending on your destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once validated, your order is quickly transmitted to our preparation center. You have 2 hours after your purchase to contact us for any modification or cancellation.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item does not suit you, you have 14 days after receiving your package to return it to us in its original packaging. Contact our support for instructions.
